Cole Robinson is an investigative documentary filmmaker known for his work exploring geopolitics, working-class communities, and global social issues. Through a human-focused lens, his films uncover the stories and struggles that shape lives around the world. His latest documentary explores the cultural and social tensions on Easter Island, reflecting his commitment to revealing the human experience behind complex global issues.

 

Originally from Middlesbrough, Cole is now based in Manchester but frequently relocates to different cities and countries, immersing himself in new cultures and perspectives to enrich his storytelling.

 

In addition to his documentary work where he has earned commissions from the likes of The British Library and Copa90 , Cole is the founder of Filmit UK, a video production company whose noteworthy client list includes BMW, NHS, National Rail, and John Lewis. This professional foundation enables Cole to pursue his passion for investigative filmmaking, delivering impactful stories that challenge and educate.

 

With over a decade of experience in video production, Cole’s unique blend of investigative journalism and cinematic storytelling continues to build his reputation for thought-provoking, impactful filmmaking.
